LA VILLA TOSCANA, BEAUJOLAIS

The Villa Toscana is located in an elevated position in the heart of the Beaujolais surrounded by vines, in proximity to Villefranche sur Saône. In this wonderful spot, Fabienne and Pascale will reserve you a warm welcome in their charming historic house located in the hamlet of Bret (commune of Cogny). The B&B, has four bedrooms all individually decorated and all ensuite.

Breakfast is a copious afair and will set you up nicely for your day's walking. They provide delicious evening meals and will take great pleasure in giving insights into the Beaujolais region. They will also have pleasure in introducing you to their neighbours who are wine producers where you can enjoy tasting the local Beaujolais vintages.

The Villa Toscana has a lovely secluded garden which includes a swimming pool. It is usually the preferred rest day accommodation on our independent walking tour in the southern Beaujolais. Our walk arrives from the south having passed through the villages of Oingt and Theizé. The tour continues by ascending to the north to reach a ridge with impressive views in all directions.
